"After reaching out to another company that was recommended by a friend and getting a wishy- washy response, we reached out to Arctic via their web form on a Sunday afternoon. Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns. On the first day of installation Mike, the installer, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and even took the time to make sure we were happy with the first window before moving on to the rest of the house. Mike’s technical skill is exceptional! The three day job only took two days and Mike made sure to answer all of our questions before he left. He left our house just as he found it, with the exception of a beautiful new tint. We could not be happier with the results so far. If you didn’t know our windows were tinted, you would have no idea. And the best part—we actually get more natural light in the house now with the tint because we can open our blinds during the day, yet maintain our privacy! "I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"Mike and his son, Ray, run a good family business.  I have found them helpful, responsive and trustworthy in their recommendations about what I need to do vs. can save money on. I really appreciated that Mike called me on a Sunday to provide advice on purchasing a good quality toilet (from Home Depot, so he had no incentive to steer me one way or the other), which his son Ray installed the next day.  Both Mike and Ray take the time to explain the services they are providing AND they give new home-owners good tips on repairs we can do ourselves - which cuts into their business but makes me very willing to call back when I really need help.  I did have one service that needed a follow-up appointment because something didn't quite work right (hot water wasn't flowing properly to the newly installed shower head), but I appreciated that Ray came back out the next business day and fixed the issue free of charge.

"Jayden's and Sam's crew did a good job with our 3000sqft interior painting. They were priced reasonably (~$1000 cheaper than the competitors) and finished the job within a day. There were previous reviews that mentioned about no-action response for fixing a few touches, so we initially agreed to pay 90% of the contract upon completion of the job then the remaining 10% after we have thoroughly inspect and the paint is totally set and dry. We found a few imperfections several days after the job, we were in touch for a couple of weeks before one of their crew members was able to come back and did a free touch-up job."
