Once we needed a new water heater he was quick in responding and the work was done in a day. We went with a tankless and he was helpful with tips on how to use it and be efficient with the recirculating. "Were very responsive during the sale and install.  Mike came on time (actually a little early).  Checked the water heater, and I decided to replace rather than repair as it was 8 years old.  He left to purchase the water heater and returned to install.  I had questions about why it was not energy star.  He called his boss, and he told me water heaters are not rated that way.  Mike went ahead with the install and did a neat job.  He forgot the expansion tank, and was to come back a few days later to put it on.  I was not there during that install.  It looked very sloppily done, and like it could fall off.  I sent 2 e-mails to the owner asking about this install.  I have not heard one word from them since the sale.
