Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. "We had a Pressure Relief Valve and a water shut off valve replaced and a water leak tracked down and repaired. I had contacted 3 companies regarding the issue we were experiencing. Pro Plumbing is the only company that responded promptly. We set up a time for their plumber to come out and he was exactly on time. Joseph (the plumber) was very polite and explained his company, how they work, etc. He used covers for his shoes (which I have found lately most companies do not do) and I greatly appreciated it! He went quickly to work, provided us with an estimate and started working on our problem. Finding our water leak took over 5 hours to find but their estimate never changed. Joseph had to open up our ceiling and a few walls to find the problem. But instead of busting into the drywall with a hammer leaving large holes, he cut into the drywall with a drywall saw leaving the opening repairable with drywall tape and patch putty. Once the repair was complete Joseph quickly cleaned up any mess he had made and was out of our home. I will call this company again if and when we have any issues that fall within the expertise of their technicians."

Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
