"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. "I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"Joe, the AirCo sales representative, was very professional. He actually asked for my feedback on priorities for a new boiler. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"The installers were great, removed the 70 year old crumbling boiler and all the old valves, expansion tanks etc. and installed the new boiler and hot water tank in just 2 days. They explained what each valve and control did after they finished the installation. No extra charge for removal of the old equipment and they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived."

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"
