They said it probably wouldn't be that high, and they will bill the insurance company. They billed my insurance company " USAA " 28,648.07 (10717.60 more than the original estimate). When USAA said they wouldn't pay it, they told them that they had made a mistake in billing, and the new bill was 22,577.54 , which once again USAA said was too much. USAA hired an independent 3rd party to review everything, and they would pay would be 11392.51 and they mailed a check to me for that amount. Servmate told me that this is a game they play with insurance companies. Servmate pointed out some other cost they had and USAA paid an additional 888..15 which they still wouldn't except. They told USAA the least the they would except was 22,577.54. USAA wouldn't pay, and they said they would take 18,000.00. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM "

They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back.
