"Angel, Service professional was outstanding! He was very professional, courteous and punctual He did an excellent job repairing my dryer. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and especially Angel as the service professional !"

"Al was fantastic. He constantly updated me on the status and completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend AK Home Repair for any appliance service. Thank you!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs.  Within five minutes of calling, I received a return phone call, and Justin came out to meet me the same day to diagnose why our dryer wasn't heating properly.  He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly, gave me all of my options for repair, and got the job done quickly.  These guys are courteous, professional, and they do exactly what they say they will do, and go above and beyond on customer service.  A++++

"
Everything was done with efficiency and workmanship.  Pleasant personality and straightforward about things he could or would not be able to do.  Will hire him when ever we need work done."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"My Washer died on Thursday night and I filed my claim on Friday evening. Tom at Zip called me while I was still on the computer and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician called me when he was 20 minutes away and came on time. Diagnostic was made in a professional manner and an estimate was given. The technician called me in the beginning of the week with accurate numbers but since the parts cost was more the actual washer cost I decided to buy a new one."

"It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
