"First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"

"Great experience from start to finish: - reached out to JR after finding his company on Angi. JR responded promptly, arrange for time to visit, was on time and professional and turned a competitive quote within a day or two - once the custom door was ready, his team arrived and worked for two days to remove windows, replace those with a door and redo drywall around the new door. Adjusted fast when encountered an issue with existing frame, but figured it out. The door looks great. They cleaned up during and after work/finish and were super professional. - had an issue with an outdoor plug they installed, JR responded very quickly and had his person come back to adjust on same day. And then had his electrician come and rearrange the rest. Works perfectly now. In short, I would certainly use JR and his team again and would certainly recommend to others. Provides great service, stands behind his work and all at a fair price!"

"Colony Builders are the best in the business! Our house was impacted by the Watson Grinding Explosion and the damages were severe as we are located 800 feet away. We had blown out windows structural damage, collapsing ceilings, etc. Once we decided to hire Colony Builders they started the next week! We did a complete remodel, replacing the entire house with siding, all the windows, all the carpet with laminate including our staircase, our deck & fence in the back yard and tore down our two door garage to make one large automatic one. The crews that came out we're hardworking and communicated with us every step of the way. Our repairs began on April 16th and finished within 2 short months on June 2nd!!! They professionally prepped and painted the exterior of my very big,- very old Folk Victorian home, they removed and replaced my attic insulation, replaced entire house ceiling with shiplap, added a new exterior door to access my utility room, installed new kitchen counter tops, butcher block island top, brick back splash, new kitchen sink, and much more. These guys are extremely talented, they stayed on schedule the entire project. The attention to detail is admirable!
