"We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. "We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend!

Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months.
