Not only was my issue resolved, but they also taught me what to look for, and how to prevent future issues with mold. They educated me on things that mold grows on, how to determine if it's mold etc. The customer service was so helpful and they were so patient with me. I’m a first-time home buyer and I was nervous about cost and damage. Not only did they follow the job through, but they also contacted me to see if I wanted someone to come back and recheck the work after everything was dried.
