"I had some other company come in and access the fireplace for repair. First, that company charge a cut-throat price to just come look at it, and then quoted over $600.00 to fix the problem. Of cause I could not afford that kind of payment so I came to Angie's list.I found Hearth and Patio Sales and Services. <br /> He squeezed me into his schedule, charged $75.00 to come out and access the damage. <br /> He came, found what was wrong, fixed it and when I asked for my bill, he said $75.00! <br /> Just the cost of driving out since I beblieve, the cost of repair was negligible! <br /> Imagine how happy and surprised I was. "I expected Sam in the afternoon, but due to an issue with another installation, he called me and came before noon. He and his assistant carefully removed the old dishwasher, including showing me how it was improperly wired (probably a homeowner job). The new DW was a tight fit into cabinets that aren't quite even, but they got it in, and it looks great. Job was finished before it was scheduled to start! <br />"
