"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

"My name is Gus and I would like for people to know that William Arana Contracting gives you A+ service. No aspect of the job are performed without the customer being aware of every step along the process. I would definitely recommend his service."

"Rick was readily available and got back to me in a timely manner. A lot of other handymen are hard to get a hold of or can't do the work right away. He came over to do a quote and ended up knocking out most of my punch list. We will definitely be using him again in the future."

"After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future

"Replied quickly, had lowest quoted price (significantly lower than my other quotes), did a really nice Roth tank installation in a tough spot, did NOT price gouge me for some extra piping that was needed, on time, cleaned up after work was completed. Solid A rating from me, I would recommend his services if your in need of an oil tank replacement or upgrade."

"I’ve used SILA for my yearly heating maintenance. The technician ( Adnan) was great and responsive to my concerns. He first asked me if I have any questions or concerns regarding my heating unit. I had told him my electric bill was higher than previous year & unit seemed it would shut down frequently. Adnan took his time to educate me on how inverters work and the best practices to take while running my system. Thank you SILA & Adnan"

"Excellent job by Eddie. He wasn't sure at first that he would be able to clear one of the drains, due to the age/type of pipes in the house, but his efforts were successful. I would have no hesitation in using this company for such services in the future, or in recommending it to others. In fact, my regular plumber had previously been unsuccessful in clearing the bathtub drain, so all the more credit to Eddie. Note that this work was performed as part of a special offer that I received in an e-mail from Angie's List. It was an excellent value and there was no problem in scheduling the work for a time that was convenient for me."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They were very quick to review the site and see if the old unit could be salvaged. Once we determined to replace it and expend new zones, the work went as fast as possible. The crew was respectful and professional."
