"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"They were very reasonable. The guys who came out were very friendly. Those guys were so helpful to us because we had a backup in our basement and they came back late at night cleaned everything and didn't charge us for the cleaning. The last time their equipment was here in case we had any further problem for a couple of days until they were cleared out. They were really all round very super."
