"We are in the middle of remodeling our kitchen, dining, utility area, and they have had a general contractor on site 6 days a week. They are installing custom cabinets, moving walls to give us a walk-in pantry, removed a wall between dining and kitchen, installed pocket doors, a new window/door system , including built-in automatic dog door, etc. The quality is excellent! They are so easy to work with!! They have also remodeled our back covered patio area and Living room and we love that the finished product in both spaces. They have also completed remodels for 3 of our rental homes (including tiling bathrooms, showers, taking down walls, walling in a formal living with a closet to make a 4th bedroom, installing all flooring throughout the homes, painting the homes throughout, etc.). We cannot say enough good things about Right Approach. We love them so much and highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel their home or rental."

"Excellently is how the project went. The original 1957 jankety looking step units, sunk and settled crooked in relationship to the house, ended up being a solid as granite. Chris Roberts's team was not slowed down. They had both out and rubble removed by mid-day. Drawings were provided to the team for the new step design and orientation. The forms were built exactly as described and concrete poured by end of the day. The next morning they were out to remove forms and float an exterior coat. Aesthetically speaking the entire project is way beyond imagined. Over the years various sections of sidewalk, concrete decking, and a pool equipment pad had been poured adjacent to the other set of stairs leading up to a backdoor no longer in use. Needless to say there was three different heights of concrete at the intersection where they were to pour. Somehow Chris's team was able to tie everything together making it look like it had always been."

"I’m excited for this review. Our project started as a thought; unsure of what we could accomplish with a yard that slopped downwards. Clayton did a great job telling us all about his experience and the qualified contractors who would complete each part of the job. Clayton even provided pictures of what the project would like when completed. We needed many changes which is what we wanted from Irrigation, moving the gas line for our BBQ, concrete being stamped, stone and brick pilers built, a roof with electric for a fan, lights and outdoor speakers and a stone wall to hold many beautiful plants and flowers. Pictures are from February 2019 when the project was completed. In the spring the plants will start to flower, fresh flowers will be planted and the grass will be green again. This project has added so much value to our home and I m glad we are not moving any time soon. I now absolutely love spending time outside! Any questions we ever had or changes we wanted to make Clayton always made time to revisit us so we could make proper adjustments. It was a team well worked together. I absolutely love the final results."

"Monty was great. He came right out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived as promised to perform the work. The repaired section looks great! It’s difficult to tell where or if a repair was done. We will definitely call him for any masonry repair work we need done."

"Everything went great. Originally Bruce was going to tuckpoint the loose bricks in the wing wall but the mortar was completely disintegrating. He said we could either remove the wall or rebuild it with the existing brick. We agreed on a price and he rebuilt it coming close with the original mortar color. The wall looks great. The chimney looks great."

"He replaced boards needing to be replaced and the job was clean and thorough. Second time I have used them to paint my house and I HIGHLY recommend them. Complete job took 4 days in this extreme heat. My house is brick so he did the trim around the house and the back patio and I have a shed that was included. Good communications with you also."

FAQs for brick or stone siding: install or completely replace projects in Aubrey, TX

Brick siding offers numerous advantages, including high durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions, requiring minimal maintenance and lasting for generations. It provides natural insulation, enhancing energy efficiency by regulating indoor temperatures year-round. Brick is fire-resistant, improving home safety, and reduces external noise for a quieter indoor environment. Its timeless aesthetic appeal boosts curb appeal and can increase your home's resale value.

Yes, you can add brick to an existing house. One option is to remove the current siding and install full brick masonry, which involves laying traditional bricks with mortar for a solid brick exterior. Alternatively, you can opt for brick veneer siding, a thinner layer of real or manufactured brick applied over the existing structure. Brick veneer is typically more affordable and easier to install while still providing the aesthetic benefits of brick. Both methods can enhance your home's appearance and value.

Yes, installing brick siding often provides a significant return on investment. With an average ROI of around 77%, and some returns exceeding 80%, brick siding enhances curb appeal, energy efficiency, and longevity, making your home more attractive to potential buyers and potentially increasing resale value.

Brick siding is known for its exceptional longevity, often lasting over 100 years when properly maintained. Regular maintenance, like repointing mortar joints, ensures its durability over time. Brick veneer, while thinner than full brick masonry, is durable and can last up to 50 years or more with proper care. Both options offer long-lasting protection and value for your home.

When choosing brick siding, consider your budget, as costs can vary depending on brick type and installation method. Also, consider your desired aesthetic; different bricks offer various colors, textures, and styles to complement your home's architecture. Installation time and complexity are factors, with options like brick veneer being quicker and less labor-intensive than full brick masonry. Additionally, assess the maintenance requirements and durability to select the best option for your long-term needs.

Alternatives to brick siding include vinyl siding, which is cost-effective and low-maintenance and offers a variety of colors and styles. Wood siding provides a natural, classic look but requires more upkeep to prevent weather damage. Fiber cement siding is durable and can mimic the appearance of wood or masonry without the high maintenance. Each alternative has its own advantages, so consider factors like budget, aesthetics, and maintenance when making your choice.
