"Very professional. The job was completed on time. In fact he was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. Communication was great. He stopped at Home Depot in Biddeford to pick up the water heater had purchased. I had to call him back the next day for a minor electrical issue and he came right away and resolved the issue. He also put in a new shut off valve because the old shutoff valve was not working properly. I would definitely hire Rob again. The professionalism and service were terrific. It was difficult finding a plumber to do the job and I was lucky to find one like Rob."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

He felt he really should do it because it was on him. I agreed and said ok. Monday October 23 he came to finish caulking and we discussed him coming back to paint and do touching up..trim work around tub and shower..installing a backsplash for vanity which he was going to order..said he would be back in a few weeks."
