"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Serge did much more than flooring; he also installed electrical (lighting/ceiling fan & outlets) , bathroom vanities and enclosed an indoor storage area with custom doors. He is fair and an excellent worker. We especially appreciate his prompt communication. That work was done summer/fall 2022. Heâ s back now (summer 2023) for more home improvements."

"I got an estimate for my backyard drainage issue, and one for a park directly behind my home without a drainage system. The estimator was nice, but the estimate was ridiculously overpriced and did not explain any breakdown of charges. It was just a total number; nearly $40,000 for a small park drainage system. When I asked for a breakdown of how they came up with that amount, I was told they couldn't break it down because the price is what it was, it was all wrapped into one. I did not understand what that meant, but I was not happy with the price or the lack of explanation. Needless to say I did not hire them."

They were on time every day and worked their tails off each day. It was a muddy job in cramped quarters. They never complained. Anthony kept me updated on the progress they made each day. Anthony shared pictures of the job as it progressed. They cleaned up the job site each day. Anthony went over all the details at the completion of the job and answered all of my questions. "They may be good for business to business, medium to large new construction projects. High operating costs (and high margins?) means higher prices. I do not recommend for a homeowner with an existing single family residence. I needed to replace the galvanized pipe connecting my house to the street for an irrigation project. Between offering the highest bids (before an extra $10k option to install all copper), their nonsensical proposal for an invasive relocation of the line to service the water heater, and their proposal to use an excavator to tear up my yard and remove multiple shrubs and a tree just to replace my water line, I elected to use a different company. I appreciate the business like demeanor, their connections to government and utilities, and that they have the resources to pay for multi year apprenticeships"

And they kept me in the loop every step after the project started Making sure everything was to our liking. I couldn't upload the picture before but it was dug up dirt and lawn per our dogs. And now it looks absolutely beautiful ...reasonable prices and honedtly I was just completely blown away With the whole thing.. definitely going to hire them again for future projects. And this isn't the only thing they do ..They do hvac house building any and all landscape outside of the house, and I'm sure there's more. If you need them, they are your people, don't pass them by you'll be missing out if you do"
