"Yes Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job. We were fully impressed with the work that was done, so much so that that we recommended him to our friends and neighbors. His approach also was very friendly and he was willing to answer any questions we had about the project . He did a lot of the interior work also for us not only painting the interior walls but also they did the flooring for us. We also had them replace a some of our windows. He put in some very nice touches by installing some beautiful lights outside and inside. Our deck was falling apart and considering our budget we opted for a nice stair way leading to the backyard. The money we allocated for the deck we also used that to have Gerardo and his crew put up an extension to our roof in the back. All in all they are very talented and I would highly recommend them for your next project."

After calls from me, he eventually made it in over an hour late. At that point, he did not do anything - he said he needed to custom order a sprayer hose and will call me Monday with pricing and to schedule. Today it's Friday, leak still going under sink, and still no call, despite messages left to him. My tenant is very irritated, and I am hiring someone else."

Then someone shows up LATE and did a visual inspection to assess that my furnace is extremely old, everything is faulty or falling apart, likely can not be fixed because parts may not be available, recommends a entirely NEW furnace replacement. Since it is such a HUGE commitment, I declined. I called someone else, they came, fixed it ALL within 30min and said everything is working great. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!!"
