"Overall the installation process was good. One major error the technician did. After installation he ignited the gas without filling water in the tank. We heard some cracking noise and he rushed to shut down the gas. Hard to see what damage happened inside. I assume the glass liner inside the tank probably cracked and it would impact the product life beyond warranty. I expected the technician to tell me the mistake and ensure me there is no problem due to the error but he did not. Other item was they damaged dry wall while moving the old heater outside from basement. I am not worried about the drywall fixing but worried about the possible internal liner cracking."

He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. "Jerry the service man was very understanding and took his time. He check every thing from the stink pipe on the roof to drains in the basement. He asked me a lot of questions which help us figure out what to do. One of my floor drains isn't holding water so he installed a test plug. This did help. I appreciate the company not trying to push a big plumbing job on me. I still get the smell when it rains, but I now know what to check for thanks to Jerry. "We couldn't be more happy.  I got into a major project by wanting to remodel my master bathroom and bedroom. I came up with the design myself and started to sub out the work to contractors of each trade. For my plumbing needs I called Highlander plumbing and Brian came out. I gave him my plans and drawings and he gave me a quote to do the work and we agreed on the price. He gave me all the info on the type of facets, shower heads, and mixers etc that I should be look at and the ones to stay clear of because of cheaper quality. As we kept talking we discussed the design and the flow of the bathroom and for what I had designed was I admit really tight. So he made some suggestions and they made all the difference in usable space. Once we were done with our discussion we had a better layout and design for the bathroom then I had before and it was not any more expensive in fact it was a little cheaper. I was so thankful for his input on this project he did not have to do that for me but he took the time to help us get the best materials and the design. Now once all of the materials came in he came back for the rough plumbing. This is where his real skill is he did a superb job and was quick and efficient. Then once we had all the tile work done I called and he came the next day and finished all of the final plumbing and installation. I wanted to say Thank you to Highlander Plumbing for a job well done. I highly recommend Brian and his crew and you should gave him a call for a quote if you need any plumbing work done.
