"In June of this year, an old (32 yrs. old) self-contained unit decided it was time to retire and communication was lost on the upstairs split system. With a family reunion scheduled within a few days the family at Giesbrecht installed new duct work to the upstairs to supply cool air until the part for the split system was delivered and a new self-contained unit was installed. Although I was an existing customer (2 new units about 6 yrs ago), this type of customer service was over and beyond any expectations. The amount of people and communication from the office to support all the work that was involved was outstanding. Mr Thomaston responded to my request for help quickly, set up a diagnostic appointment, presented 2 estimates (repair or replace). I selected the repair and as soon as the parts were received, my AC was fixed the next day. His estimate was not only less than half of that from my homeowner's policy, but the actual final bill was half of his estimate. I am so pleased that his business is so highly recommended on Home Advisor and now I see why. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional and fair service provider."

"100/10! Riverside Heating & Air has gained a forever customer! We initially had another company quote us $4,600 to replace a compressor for one of our A/C units. Wanting to get a few quotes, we called several other companies including Riverside. When we called, we happened to be speaking to the owner, David. We explained our situation to him and he personally came out to inspect our unit. He found that a single wire had been disconnected. He reconnected it, and our A/C was back to blowing cold air. I cannot believe I nearly spent $5k for a SINGLE loose wire! Riverside's honesty and customer-first approach are unmatched. They wonâ t try to upsell you on something you do not need. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
