He fixed all three of my toilets which was much more doable than my diagnois of it having to do with my irrigation system. I seldom if ever write reviews but this experience really deserved one. An efficient, clean, courteous, and knowledgeable work crew removed my old furnace and AC condenser then installed a new Bosch gas furnace and heat pump combination with a new Honeywell thermostat and sensors, integrated the control and plumbing of my Aprilaire 600 humidifier. Electrician Installed a new exterior electric power outlet on siding of house next to new heat p***. All this work was done in less than 8 hrs."

"My dad is elderly and needed a new HVAC system. So I decided to find a person who could install a new HVAC system and we found Cody. Cody was very friendly, honest, and communicated very well. At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"Had maintenance contract with Absolute to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing twice a year. On recent maintenance visit A/C condensation line was found to be clogged due to "dirt getting into the system from lack of filter maintenance". Cost $329 to clean line which was not covered under contract (and seems a bit excessive!!). Was told filter replacement was not covered in maintenance contract. Seems to me that this would be a priority maintenance item! Technician comment on last visit 5 months earlier stated filter was "still clean" and not replaced. Needless to say we will be finding another company to do our maintenance from now on."
