"I have to admit that I was reluctant to use a company from Denver (we live in Fort Collins) because of 3 other disasters we had. We needed to have our old A/C compressor replaced. When Jay arrived he was very personable and quite knowledgeable when it came to H/A Units. After looking at our old system he pointed out several more issues with the old system. It seems that the home owners before us just did what they had to do to sell the house. Jay explained the future problems in a way that an 81 year old man could understand. He left us with 3 options to consider. After he left we looked at Behold's reviews and nothing but 5 star ratings, we signed up. Oh yes Jay highly recommended the Heat Pump option. Two days later a team of 6 installers (Dylan, Chris, Hunter, Jon, Brandon and Jose) arrived with our unit and went right to work. They surveyed the job, broke up into individual teams and started disassembling the old unit and assembling the new one. By the end of the day the new unit "

"Heart is absolutely amazing! Look no further, as Heart is who you should choose to work with! They are very professional, punctual, and do everything right the first time. We have a couple of different areas Heart helped with, and so this review focuses on the HVAC work we needed, beginning with replacing our rooftop package unit. Every single person is phenomenal to work with, and very knowledgeable; starting from Mike setting up the appointment, Roberto coming out for the diagnostic, and then the multiple teams with Cody, Blake, Steven, Collin, and Cory working to get our unit replaced! I know it was much more involved than initially thought, and these guys were here doing all that they could to get our heat up and running again! They offered us heaters to keep us comfortable, and communicating and explaining what was going on every step of the way! We had an issue with the filter, and so Steven, Collin, and later Cody, came back a different day to create larger return vents for us to be able to replace air filters inside our home. They helped us so much, and removed shelving that was in the way too! We also needed our electrical panel upgraded, and so Cory will be helping us with that (thank you Cassandra for getting that reschedule). Heart also was able to have all of what we needed financed under one bill, which was a huge help! I cannot imagine going through the HVAC and electrical replacement with anyone else; these guys made it easy on me and kept my stress level down. My only regret is not having found them sooner back when we needed our water heater replaced. We will definitely keep Heart for any future issues we have, and keep with the membership program to have areas checked out regularly. "My furnace went out and cuddly I found myself getting bids for a replacement. I don’t make large purchases without a ton of analysis to ensure the right solution for the best price. I didn’t just have a broken furnace I have air flow issues too as the rooms furthest away never get enough air. I didn’t want to just replace I wanted to solve a 23-year-old problem. Rob was out the same day walking me through options and not over selling just giving me the facts and not pushy. His approach to resolving the air flow made sense and was very conservative as he proposed small low cost/no cost changes we could implement over time after a period of observation with the new system instead of hitting me up front with new dampers etc. up and making significant changes to the air flow. Rob clearly knew what he was talking about and has likely installed himself over the years as many systems as he has sold. There were three other comparable bids and none of them were even close to the value I was to receive from Quality West. These guys don’t look at each install as just another job they take pride in their work, are extremely professional and even have some fun along the way. They were creative in their piping as I upgraded to a two-stage variable speed system that required PVC piping so the ascetics of the piping in and outside of the home mattered to me and they were conscious of that. I would much rather work with a company like these guys that are dependent on referrals instead of doing a bunch of advertising because for them customer satisfaction really matters. This is the reason for this long review as they deserve the recognition and I would highly recommend Rob and his team Bob and Dave."

"We have been using Plumbing Tree for all of our plumbing, air conditioning, & heating service since we found him 2 years ago. Kieth may not be the cheapest guy in town, but you get what you pay for. He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. No question, the faucet needed replacement and new valves. I love my new faucet!"

"While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."
