He arrived on time and left us with two little electrical heaters for overnight, super considerate of him. Meanwhile, he came back the next day with the furnace & equipment to install. "I don't even know where to start with how awful my experience was with this company--especially dealing with Dale. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other company. After the work was completed, I wasn't provided an invoice, yet I started receiving collection calls. When I called back to request the invoice, it was finally sent. I explained that the person responsible for payment was out of the country and that a check would be mailed as soon as they returned. That was acknowledged. A few days later, I received another call from Dale that crossed the line completely. He threatened by aunt to go into her house to take the furnace back and went on about how they couldn't pay their workers and that it would be my fault if their employees couldn't feed their families. That is not only wildly unprofessional--it's completely inappropriate and alarming behavior from any business. Little did he know that a check was already in the mail. "
