"My husband I and used Mike M, Peter D, and the Guaranteed Rate team previously with our home purchase and refinance in Orange County, CA. They were great then and actually approached us with a way to refinance and save hundreds per month by doing so. We wouldn’t have known about the refinance opportunity otherwise. We knew we found a great team for all our mortgage needs from that point on. Mike, Peter, and his Guaranteed Rate were the natural choice when my husband and I decided to make a huge move from California to Florida. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, we called Guaranteed Rate. "Before Beth listed our condo, she walked us through some of the improvements that would bring the best return on investment. She was honest, friendly, and very easy to work with. She helped us price our condo at a competitive, aggressive price point, and we were under contract in 7 days.  At that time, Austin was at the height of its real estate heyday, and the market was insane. Beth used our wish-list criteria to help us narrow down what part of the city we wanted to live in. She was full of information, tidbits, advice--but never once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed; just helped in the right direction. <br /> Beth was a reassuring voice throughout the process. When we found a home we loved, she made sure that we got our bid in at the right time, and it was accepted 48 hours after we first viewed the home (and chosen over five other competing bids). She made sure we had all our paperwork ready when it was necessary, recommended competent and trustworthy associates, and made the process extremely easy. "He was prompt in calling me back for an appointment, fit the appointment in around our tight time schedule of visiting my mom's house on Long Island, and delivered the complete, detailed appraisal with photographs and comps on Sunday by email, a full two days before he had promised it. <br /> At his visit, he was professional and pleasant. <br /> Since my mom and I were selling her New York house from a Illinois, we wanted to know what it was worth before speaking to several potential buyers and before engaging a real estate broker. <br /> We were very satisfied with Larry's services. <br />"

"<p>Josh answered his own phone on the first ring, did not put me on hold or promise to call back, but TOOK MY CALL. That was the first of many contacts where Josh was literally ALWAYS there for me night and day, whether by phone, email, or text. I called Josh because my husband and I were in need of good real estate advice about whether or not to buy the home we were currently renting, which had just gone on the market unexpectedly. I selected Josh based on topnotch Angie's List reviews. "After searching Angie's List for a realtor and after reading the reviews, we contacted a couple of different realtors. Tausha was the first to respond and sent a questionnaire to narrow down our home search. After replying to the questionnaire, we met with Tausha at her office. Tausha was very personable and provided us with a wealth of useful information to navigate the real estate process. She also set up our personal website with our specific parameters. After sifting through all of the listings and visiting several homes with Katy, Tausha's  assistant, we finally found the perfect home. Tausha was also instrumental during the home inspection phase as well as helping during the closing process. Tausha still remains in contact even after our closing.  We were also pleasantly surprised Tausha donates a portion of her commission to charity! "This is the second time I've hired Chris. First to inspect our home last year during a real estate transaction and just today to provide expert advice on removing 2 small walls in the house. His home inspections are thorough and professional. I remember the price being a little higher than the big companies, but you get what you pay for. I'm still working through the list of issues he identified and they were all spot-on. He didn't miss anything. For the structural inspection today, again beyond expectations. It was a challenging problem to check if one wall was load-bearing because the A/c unit was mounted directly above it in the attic. At first he determined that it was likely load bearing as best he could and gave me the options. I was disappointed but that was what I needed to know. Later, after checking the other wall i asked about, he came back with a new plan to check the first wall. He asked if he could pull up a platform board next to the a/c that was nailed down but had nothing on top. I agreed, and sure enough once he pulled it up he was quickly able to determine that the wall was actually between the joists and not load-bearing. That's why I like him. He doesn't walk away until he figures it out. That double check potentially saved me thousands in bringing in a contractor to install a beam, inspect, etc. I will absolutely call Chris for any future inspections/advice/expert opinion on anything related to the house. Thanks Chris!"

"Overall things went well. There was a little bit of a problem at the tail end of the sale. It took three months for her to actually complete the real estate transaction. Other than that, they did a pretty good job. Up until the end, they had actually been excellent."
