"Don met with my husband and me to explain his services. He was very professnal and thorough in his explanation, which was greatly appreciated since this was our first time selling a home. Don worked very hard to get our home information out to as many prospective buyers as possible in a short amount of time, and within a week we had a full price offer on our home. As it turned out, this was all the easy part. The weekend after we signed the contract, there was a hail storm that resulted in nearly $10,000 worth of damage to our home. Don continued to work very closely with us to help ensure all the work was finished and we had all the documentation needed for the buyer. This was again complicated by an illness in our family and we had to be away right before moving and the close on our home. Don again went above and beyond, contacting contractors to get paperwork, finding someone to mow our lawn, and making numerous trips to our home to make sure the work was being completed. Since we had to move before the closing date, Don kept in close contact with us about how everything was coming along with the closing and instructed us on all the details we needed to complete to ensure that it went smoothly. Then on the day of the closing, Don contacted us immediately after to let us know the closing was complete and our home was sold!"

"Julie was a professional from start to finish. We have worked with more than 12 different real estate agents over the past few years and most are NOT ones that I would use again or recommend. <br /> Julie is the exception. <br /> <br /> Julie did not push us but rather allowed us to evaluate all of our options.
