"I did a complete renovation of a home I'm a real estate investor and Ray worked with me throughout the entire process. Hillsborough county tried to say I was in a flood zone which created all kinds of nightmares and he proved that I was not so that solve the big problem. When I was completely finished with the renovation I went to the bank for a Cash out refinance of course they use their appraiser who did the appraisal entirely wrong Ray took the appraisal found all the errors and now I'm in the middle of a dispute thanks to Ray I have somebody that actually knows what they're doing. More to come"
