We can determine the best type of appraisal to meet the needs of each client. The typical appraisal fees range from $250 to $500. More complex assignments can cost more but are rare. Consultation fees start at $100 per hour. We will also tell you if an appraisal is not the best option for you. Lending appraisals are typically ordered by lenders and not borrowers. We do not complete appraisals for commercial property, businesses or non-realty items (personal possession) or determine property lines for fences, etc.

"We are a potluck of disaster when buying a house, but she rolled with all our bad luck and we finally found the home of our dreams! Unfortunately, we had to move out of state a year later, so she sold it for us, as well. I begged her to come up to Ohio and be my Realtor but she did find us a great Realtor here! He wasn't Jana but he got the job done :) There is only one person I miss from our time in Nashville, and that's Jana.
