"I"m a first time Home buyer that's been looking for a house and I finally got to the point where i needed to get a home inspection. I chose this company honestly because it was the company i could find the most information about. There's not a whole lot regulating home inspectors and pretty much anyone can be one with little to no education. So I called and asked for costs for the things that were most important to me. Things like air quality and radon testing cost extra. I did ask about using camera's to look in the walls to make sure there was nothing alarming or wrong in there and Chris said they did those things and were part of the inspection on the phone but when i got to the inspection Tony said they did not do those things which was disappointing. I was also expecting Chris to be there and was a bit alarmed when he didn't show up but instead Tony did. Tony was great though and answered all the questions i could think of. Since i had looked them up before hand on their website i expected a pretty lengthy report and that's what i got. It was very thorough and gave me the information i needed to make a decision. I'm passing on this house because so many things need to be fixed and some of them will probably be ongoing. As expensive as a home inspection is it saved me thousands in needed repairs. So the search to find a house continues.... Hopefully though the next house i find will be the one."
