I think his evaluation was right on as I had a couple of my realtor friends give me real estate appraisals. I did check him out before agreeing to hire him and I don't understand some of the criticism he received. I expect that owners don't like when an appraisal comes in much lower than their estimation of worth so they take it out on the appraisor."
