"My husband I and used Mike M, Peter D, and the Guaranteed Rate team previously with our home purchase and refinance in Orange County, CA. They were great then and actually approached us with a way to refinance and save hundreds per month by doing so. We wouldn’t have known about the refinance opportunity otherwise. We knew we found a great team for all our mortgage needs from that point on. Mike, Peter, and his Guaranteed Rate were the natural choice when my husband and I decided to make a huge move from California to Florida.
