"Working with Safe Space Construction was pretty much stellar. Steve consulted with us about what we wanted, made a few suggestions, and gave us estimates for different materials (along with info about the pros and cons of each). The crew came and demolished the old, rotten deck in surprisingly little time, and proceeded to build the new, improved deck. They are all very skilled, and both courteous and personable. We're very happy with the result, and can't wait to start entertaining out there!"

The owner of the company showed up with a designer, who took notes and drew sketches. We talked about what I like and want and what I had a mind. The owner seemed disinterested and in a hurry, and I was uncomfortable with that, but he and the designer knew what they were doing. The designer drew and then emailed visual designs of the patio enclosure. The plans were more like 3-D renderings, much nicer than I expected.

I requested an estimate but never received it. The owner gave me a ball park estimate at the meeting, not a complete written estimate as I'd hoped, but it's okay.  I'll get written estimates from this and other companies when I'm ready to build it.

"Went great, came inside with a great attitude. Had all the necessary tools and even had a vacuum when the granite needed to be cut to prevent a mess. He cleaned as he kept working in between. The sink looks beautiful and he double checked for leaks and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend him any home jobs and I am definitely giving him another call with another project."

"Less than a year after we moved in, we discovered mold (to which we are sensitive) in our "new" kitchen. Patriot Construction knew exactly what to do (hint: it does NOT involve bleach or DIY air samples) to handle the situation safely and also whom to contact regarding the testing. In addition to having the proper equipment, they were really good at explaining the different options and what each one might cost. They also could have taken advantage of the situation and told us that we needed an entirely new kitchen, but instead,their in-house master carpenter was able to build the needed cabinets to match the existing.
