Guillermo he came right out. He is after working for a large air conditioning company he is starting out on his own. Very very knowledgeable, most polite, and he did above and beyond fixing the conditioner. He took down three filters and washed them. He was so reasonable I gave him extra $ 50. Could not be happier and glad to have someone to call day or night. Great service!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"These guys saved us during the recent heatwave. I looked for days for someone to come help us service our airconditioner, which was working....except for the cold air part. These guys were so easy to get in touch with and they put us on the schedule for the next day. They took a look and the fix was really easy. They serviced the AC, made some recommendations for future upgrades (but made sure to let us know they weren't emergencies) and left us with a house full of cold air. "The dealer wanted $950. Precision did it for $600, as quoted using original mfg. parts. Owner asked what else was wrong with the car and I told him that Toyota wanted to clean the injectors....well the owner here said that cleaning injectors was the biggest scam in the auto industry and went on for five minutes as to why.   When I picked it up, he said my steering was making a small knock and that was the rack and pinion and I could wait until it got worse before having it repaired.  This is a small shop but has integrity.... a rare commodity."
