"Estimate/seeing space - late and rescheduled once. 
I run my own business so took off a day and scheduled a day for the painting a few weeks in advance.  The morning the work was to be done I called after they were late and was told they weren't coming.  He had been at the firehouse all night and was still there.  Not one of his other 3 employees or him tried to call the night before or early in the am to let me know.  I love those that volunteer but when people are counting on someone to show up, it is no way to run a business. 
He rescheduled with my husband to come 2 days later - I had to work so my husband had to work from home to accomodate the change.  We had company coming into to town so needed it done asap. 
Actual work was fine and completed in the time they said.

All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. "good until pressure of upstairs pressure from drain snaking forced a big overflow downstairs in kitchen sink. Whole kitchen floor flooded before they shut down flood. They used my personal towels to clean up flood instead of a shop vac which left me to lander six nasty smelling and dirty towels once they left. I had to mop for in kitchen and it left wood floor of sink wet and smelly. It also ruined a $200 wool rug I had in lichen. This was the Real Plumber."
