"I highly recommend Frank Cervantes, from "At Your Service Plumbing." He is more reasonably priced than other plumbers, I have used in the past. Frank performs his work to satisfaction of everything functioning properly. 2/27/26, Frank lowered and secured a pipe from my black water tank, as water and waste were not flowing properly. He unclogged my toilet, that had been backing up. 3/04/26, Frank returned, as Toilet was backed up with water again. Frank checked the pipe with his computer camera, in which there ended up being (3) major blockages, from the pipe up into the black water tank. Frank, used every piece of his equipment to completely clean out the tank and pipe. I was able to view the completion of process on his computer. Frank, is very professional, and personable. I give him an A+ rating."

In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. "Other than SMUD dragging their feet, all has gone very well! The solar was installed in a day...with very favorable neighborhood comments. The windows were delivered and waiting for the contractor when needed. The ducting and insulation was done with minimal mess. All administrivia work for the beaurocracies was handled. I am extremely pleased.

Do not expect solar returns to be immediate. Apparently SMUD likes to stretch it for an extra month or two of full payments. Which is unusual as I am usually very satisfied with SMUD."
