"Mr. Rhodes wore a mask and was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options for repairs and promptly proceeded without judgement, regarding my needing the least expensive repair. He also found the source of a slight sewage odor and capped off the drain pipe by the washer water valves, without additional charge. I would recommend Mr. Rhodes to anyone."

"Very friendly and thorough and got right to the job. Hot water installed in less than 2 hours and repaired a leak."

"Technician came out on time and was polite and professional. He had a quality check list  for the air conditioner, and checked off everything he had done.
I don't know how well the UV lights work to prevent mold, clean the air, or help to prevent allergies but the tech recommended it so we decided to go with it.
We've been Service America customers for at least 15 years and never have had an unpleasant experience with them.
The service call is $45. The cost for the annual contract depends on how much coverage one wants.

"Great service and excellent reaction time!"

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"Not terribly happy with the office people. They don't seem to ever be "in", and they aren't so good at returning calls... getting info is like pulling teeth. I feel like they sell a big ticket item and are not so happy to service faulty equipment.
The guy who comes out to the house to do the work is definitely competent and polite, but the office people are not the nicest or most helpful.
