"I don't any complaints about that service they sent two people out here because there were obviously two unit that need replacing the compressor in the air handler and it went very well, I have had up and down kind of contacts with service America not always great but that one was okay. The reason why I say that is because their contracts are getting more and more expensive every year and I am not sure I'm going to keep it up."

"Not terribly happy with the office people. They don't seem to ever be "in", and they aren't so good at returning calls... getting info is like pulling teeth. I feel like they sell a big ticket item and are not so happy to service faulty equipment.
The guy who comes out to the house to do the work is definitely competent and polite, but the office people are not the nicest or most helpful.
