"The installers were great guys to work with. The were new at installations, except for the trainer, but he was from another state and reported the water was clear the day of the installation and it wasn't. We contacted Homeleaf and they sent out an installer ASAP who flushed the system and not it's clear. He told us the trainer was being dealt with by the office. I would not hold this back from recommending them to other potential customers. They are a nationwide firm. One thing we learned after the installation was that the warranty is not transferrable and some of the maintenance items that are free for us will not be free to the new home owners. We should have asked more about this during the sales appointment, and the representative should have reviewed the warranty with us."

Called Bumblebee first thing friday morning and they were able to come out quickly. Mike manually bypassed the system for me to get me through until could deal with the problem properly next week. Didnt overcharge. Was available and offered to do other non-urgent plumbing work we needed done as well, gave me quotes. Major help in time of need, all contacts were professional and helpful."

"I had discovered leaks in lawn/shrub watering system, scheduled non-emergency appointment for several days later.  While waiting for repair day, my gas water heater failed, so I added that to the open ticket. I was not aware the water heater was still under warranty. <br /> Technician arrived right on time at 9:00, within 30 minutes had found leaks watering system, investigated warranty status of water heater, negotiated warranty settlement wherein I received a new unit with new warranty for a $100 processing fee.  Total cost shown above include all charges for parts, spill pan I did not have before and all labor for two technicians.  New unit was approved and ordered all within 45 minutes of arrival and the lawn systems were repaired while waiting for the new water heater to be delivered. <br /> Al Molinar, owner, brought the new unit, oversaw completion of the installation.  Technician coached me on future maintenance (flushing) of new water heater.  Job complete, everyone gone and I was taking hot shower by 1:30, happy as a clam. <br /> <br /> <br />"
