"The installers were great guys to work with. The were new at installations, except for the trainer, but he was from another state and reported the water was clear the day of the installation and it wasn't. We contacted Homeleaf and they sent out an installer ASAP who flushed the system and not it's clear. He told us the trainer was being dealt with by the office. I would not hold this back from recommending them to other potential customers. They are a nationwide firm. One thing we learned after the installation was that the warranty is not transferrable and some of the maintenance items that are free for us will not be free to the new home owners. We should have asked more about this during the sales appointment, and the representative should have reviewed the warranty with us."

"The serviceman advised he was arriving in 30 minutes and arrived accordingly, he looked at the water bib that was leaking and also checked the other one we had. He made sure the water heater wouldn’t be an issue when the water was turned back on. He advised that there could be extra cost due to some corrosion but he was able to complete the job has originally discussed. Very professional."

"Everything went super well. Al and 3 of his assistants uninstalled a failed solar water heater and installed a new water heater. He and his assistants removed the old, outdated solar panel from the roof and repaired all holes in the wall left from the old solar water heater. He upgraded the new one at no charge and charged even less than the estimate when he got it cheaper. Next he installed a brand new, professional quality garbage disposal to replace one poorly installed from a different company that had failed after only a couple years. He and his assistants were very friendly, very comfortable to have in the home with us and our 3 dogs, and they were very proficient and detailed in the service.
