"This project was the complete remodel of a split entry, three-bedroom house (in various states of disrepair). I was given a thorough estimate, and we reviewed the work scope in great detail. Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. "Extensive prep work with peeling white paint on top of dark wood, needed to be sanded extensively.  Ceiling work, patchng, careful trim work on ceilings and panels, polyurethane built in china cabinets and banister. Excellent work on ceilings, walls and trim. They were responsive when a test area showed color we chose was not what we wnated and we were able to choose another color before a large room was painated.  Be sure to specify that both sides of door frames are to be painted. They were very responsive when we noted polyurethane drips on a painted wall and Dan came on a Saturday to fix it. Work done included ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, doorways for a large living room, dining room, 2 breezeways, stairway to second floor with banister and spindles and second floor hallway. Took 3 weeks to complete. Pay attention to detail."

"Our bathrooms were pretty old. Jason and his team  upgraded these to pretty modern looking bathrooms.
We had evaluated multiple bathroom re-modelers and found them to be most flexible and economical. Our requirements for bathroom were
1. Match the current house style. (our house has lot of custom wooden cabinetry).
2. Utilize the space in most efficient way.
3. Select neutral tiles/vanities.
4. Cost effective.
J & B has a good design sense and were able to provide us multiple option for bathrooms. We had some ideas which they included in their design as well.
The selection of tiles/faucets etc were very good. Their team is very easy to communicate and they are very responsive. 
Overall we are very happy with the work of "J & B Remodeling and Design".
