"Great customer service and very knowledgeable."

"Norris Pools has been maintaining our pool for approximately six months now and we couldn't be happier. Bryan is always on time and very knowledgeable about the chemistry and mechanics of pools and spas. I wanted a company that would look after my pool the way they would there own and I found that with Norris Pools. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

"We have used Integrity Pool Repair for over 10 years and are extremely happy with their work and excellent customer service. Ann and Tom always go the extra mile to make things happen for us as quickly as humanly possible. We've had numerous repairs done over the years to both the pool equipment and the spa equipment. They have always provided professional workmanship with reasonable pricing and wonderful communication. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything done with their pool or spa. Thanks Ann and Tom!"

"I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. As a single woman, I needed a knowledgeable person/company to listen to my concerns, access the situation and advise on the best route to take. If you need this, Ideal Pool Services is the place to go. Bill listened, accessed, and advised. He was always a text or phone call away. He put my mind at ease right from the start. A no-nonsense straight forward person. He took care of business in a professional way and because he's been in the business for so long, he knows what he's talking about. His estimate was reasonable (lowest out of 4) and never tried to nickle and dime me to death. What he estimated is what I paid. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! Am I satisfied with the job? Bill has delivered on everything he has said so far and we are in our crystal blue pool every single day and night thanks to Bill and his team of experts. Give him a call, I honestly think you'll be glad you did. Barbara W"

"I had a Jandy valve bust during the freeze week and searched Pool companies and found Brite. Aaron got to my house in a couple of days and diagnosed the problem. It was the weekend but he and his plumber came on Monday and installed it. I had to wait 24 hours for it to dry and it is working now with no problems. I would highly recommend Brite for any of your swimming pool needs."

"Excellent no problem and no need for any follow up"

"They did a good job. It was really hard to hang those light fixtures and they got it done."

"They seem honest, and they are always on time. I really like Tim, he's the one that comes most of the time."

"Do to circumstances beyond our control, we were forced to undergo a complete pool remodel. After getting several exorbitant quotes from other companies, Ozzy came to save the day. He was fair, knowledgeable, and quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. The crew worked quickly and professionally. We absolutely love our newly remodeled pool and so does every person that sets foot in our backyard. We are planning a patio remodel in the next couple years and the first call we make will be to Ozzy."

"Beach Grove Pools significantly underbid the other companies for the one-time repair of pool equipment. The technicians appear to be competent and deliver their service in a pleasant and enthusiastic manner. I highly recommend this company and its technicians to anyone needing pool equipment repair or monthly pool service."
