We've used Backyard Construction because the quality of their buildings is excellent. After looking at dozens of other companies' offerings it was easy to see that Backyard used better materials and offered a higher level of workmanship yet was still very competitive pricewise. The studio is now one year old and the garden shed is two years old, and neither building has presented any problems whatsoever.
Construction began on time and was completed right on schedule. Their crew was courteous and extremely efficient. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our ideas and did an excellent job following up to make sure we were happy with everything. Working with Backyard Construction was a very positive experience for us each time, and we're more than happy to recommend them to others.

When I chose Deluxe to do the repair, the same repairman who quoted the job did the job. He was there on time. Did the exact work which had been quoted. Did the repair quickly and cleaned up after. It has been several months and a number of significant rains following the repair and we have not seen one new water spot! Excellent job, they did what they said they would do, did it quickly and came when they said they would.

"4/15. On Mar 3. They showed up on time. It rain the next day. However, they mad it up in time. It was only two people and they painted and repaired my whole house in four days. The representative who set this up came out, gave me a very good price and was very professional. They didn't take any money until the job was finished and we did a final walk thru. "Lee did a fantastic job preparing my foundation for concrete. His skill on a skidsteer was impressive, and the finished grade was within a quarter inch. I was impressed with his abilities, work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service."

"It was messy but that is to be expected when working on sheet-rock and carpentry. The work itself turned out very well. The job was to enlarge two closets, repair wood and sheet-rock, install two large doors with mirrors, casing, and paint. Good carpentry work; we had a couple of problems but he immediately asked what we thought and did not try to cover or hide the imperfection. Mr Tolbert was willing to redo a part that was not perfect - his suggestion. That, perhaps, is the most important quality: if something is not right, he will tell you, discuss ways to improve, and redo if necessary. He brought a helper to paint two rooms and the helper too was very professional. I would definitely hire him again to do carpentry, painting and other handyman work. My only 4 star instead of 5 was because it took him a while to get back to me with an estimate and a possible start day - that could be because he is overwhelmed with work. We had expected 4 days of work: 1 per closet, and 1 per painted room. He finished in 3 days (once he got a helper it went faster)."
