The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."
