At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. "This family owned business should be very proud of the professionalism and service they provide. It was already evening when I made the request and yet David still came out to help. I didn't get a lecture about how old my unit was or my slacking on changing the filters. Some guys show up talking about how busy they are and make you feel like you're bothering them with your problem. Not metro Service. Instead he was patient in explaining to me and my son how things worked and what was needed : condenser capacitor, compressor hard start kit and over a lb of coolant. Total quality and cost was absolutely reasonable. When it is time to replace my unit I will surely give Metro Service a call."

Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking.
