"Josh and John did a spectacular job! Highly recommend for any cabinet project!"

"Tyler did a great job with some custom carpentry work for us, installing windows, hanging a door, tiling and painting a bonus room. He also built a special table for our daughter use while she is recovering from major hip surgery. The craftsmanship is outstanding and it has been a lifesaver in her recovery process. Tyler is as skilled as he is compassionate and we can’t say enough about the work he has done for us."

"Steve with Lakeside Construction was professional and handled all aspects of getting us a new roof installed. From start to finish we were impressed with this company. They handled our new roof replacement including insurance submission with punctuality and professionalism. We can't be happier with all aspects of this company including the office/billing staff and project manager. We would happily recommend Lakeside Construction to anyone in need of a new roof!"

"The process was fine, I.e., ordering was easy & they were shipped before the date they originally specified. These pads were fine for my kitchen table, which has a rustic, uneven surface. If I was ordering pads for a fine dining table (I.e., an antique or high end table), I would use another company. I've seen higher quality pads for those types of tables. For my purposes & what I paid, it was a good fit, though."

"Reggie did a great job. All the popcorn ceiling removal and repairs to drywall look nice and smooth, and all the paint (ceilings, wall, trim, and doors) looks great. He finished the job in the estimated time frame, and I would gladly hire him again in the future."

"I was impressed with the qaulity and time frame in which the job was performed."

"Marcial and crew did an excellent job on the outside of our house! He included all rotten wood replacement in his price (window sills, door jambs, etc.), which was very convenient because several other painters who quoted our job were not willing to do the wood carpentry. They also found some additional rotten siding that we weren't aware of, which he replaced without question. They pressure washed and stained the street-facing portion of our fence, and that was something we didn't even ask for! They were very prompt and only took time off for rain, which they then made up on a Saturday. Very impressed with their work ethic and the quality of work completed. We will definitely use them again!"

"We discussed our plans and David made some suggestions on roof design and use of some aluminum for screen connections vs. outrageous wood prices! David kept us informed of deliveries and scheduled work plans. He was very easy to work with and we are very pleased with this project!"

"Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out, surveyed the house and discussed my options and the work to be performed. His proposal was done on-site within about 5 to 10 minutes. After he gave me the proposal, he asked about staining my decks (I was going to do it myself and the materials were sitting on the porch). I advised him I was going to do it after I returned from vacation. He offered to take care of it for me, along with the painting, for no additional charge.
After I received a quote from a competitor (he knew who I had called w/o me telling him), I accepted his quote. Mike was out the next day (Friday) and power-washed the house. He returned the following Monday and painted the house and stained the deck.
While Mike impressed me with his professionalism and quick response - he's got very good customer service skills - I'm a little disappointed in the work due to the fact he didn't scrape and clean up the paint that had chipped away. If I had to do it again, I would make sure this was a part of the deal.
It may be partly my fault for not making it 100% clear this was part of my expectations. However, at the same time, I also feel he could have brought it up as well. For the price he charged, I really can't complain too much, considering he came in $2400.00 below his competitor (who didn't mention painting and scraping either) and the house looks good except for chipped sections.
No matter - i would still use him again - and will.
As a side-note, I found out Mike has other connections for handyman work and I'll more than likely go through him just simply because he's gained my trust.
