They showed up the very next day (Friday), assessed the situation then ordered the parts needed for repair. They came back after the weekend with parts in hand and I was up and running in no time. They kindly answered every question I had about what they were doing as they were doing it. (I like learning new things) They also went above and beyond the repair to show me things about seasonal maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable. They also replaced a couple of things that they did not charge for(Cleaning and replacement of a couple fittings) I will most definitely use their services in the future. "I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time."

"Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for."
