"Joe answered the phone immediately and my job was scheduled. He then, a short tile later actually expedited coming out. Instead of being the cold water line feeding the water heater, he determined (correctly) that it was the line feeding the hose bib on the side of the house. He took the steps necessary to access the leaky line and also replaced the spigot. He was pleasant, professional and charged a reasonable fee for the repairs. I will definitely keep him in mind for future plumbing needs."

"I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended. It was a tight fit, but Ron made it work. They put in new plumbing and Ron even installed new on/off valves to the water filter. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and helpful. We are very happy with Ron’s work and will definitely recommend him and use him in the future."

"Michael came out. He realized that the faucet would not fit our current set up, he removed the panel to the back of the shower and replaced the pipe. He installed the new faucet and diverter. The faucet looks good and works like it is supposed to. He also tested our water after hurricane Milton came through. Our water was fine. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and with Michael. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues."

Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris! "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"
