"Joe is the BEST and MOST HONEST plumber going! I had the good fortune of finding him on Angie's list.!! He actually popped up as the very 1st plumber when I searched for a plumber. I had called and reached out to numerous plumbers that my neighbors recommended. and I then reached out to Joe. I explained my issue with a kitchen sink faucet leaking water and Joe was SMART enough to ask me to send him pictures of the kitchen sink and also the back wall of the bathroom, which I did. He viewed my pictures in advance as was able to advise me he would be able to fix my issue WITHOUT the need to RE PLUMB my entire house unlike OTHER vendors that I called and described the issue to who stated that my house we need to be completely re plumbed. He was he ONLY vendor that asked me to send him pictures of both the kitchen sink and the behind wall bathroom pipes. He he so smart and knew in advance how to effectively attack the issue BEFORE arriving and was able to start on the work immediately when he saw the issues. Joe is a one man show and self running owner. He takes great pride in his work and was very reasonable and HONEST is his assessment an overall repair to my old home built in the early 1940's. He not only fixed the repaired area's, but also patched up the effective area's. he worked on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe's plumbing, as you will not find anyone better to do the work then him JOE is the SUPERMAN of complex plumbing issues I am SO VERY GRATEFUL for all, his help on my account ..... Came back out next day, tightened it more, thought the leak stopped but it didn't. Came back out the next day, replaced the valve, no leak. "Husband tried a do it yourself bathroom faucet replacement. Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris!
