Winters was my second call at 6:30 on a Monday evening, and I had a call less than 30 minutes later that a plumber was on the way! Tabor was friendly and a straight shooter. He was quickly able to ID the problem and give us a range of options to fix it - even when one was to let us try to fix it ourselves. I'm so glad we didn't go with that option because he was able to get us water back. He also identified that our water softener was damaged and saved us potentially thousands of dollars of damage. I appreciated how he wasn't just reactive to our situation, but proactive in suggesting solutions that will help our home long term. I am so glad I called Winters Plumbing!"

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"William Whitman, the owner came out and started doing the work. They found time in a busy schedule to get a job done. I loved how they were very customer service orientated well mannered and professional. They also cleaned up after the job was completed. When it was raining they were kind enough to remove their work boots, in which I insisted they keep them on. However, I would highly recommend Whitman Plumbing to anyone with plumbing or well needs. I have now found my plumber. Warranty was also offered and now I can say they have a long term customer that is very happy and satisfied with service provided to us. They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. If they say that in the next year, you're going to have to look into replacing this faucet, and here's your options. It's nice to be presented with the options.
