"I've been a customer of AC Denco for about five or six years now. Always very satisfied with their service and work. My HVAC unit was old, not large enough to heat/cool the house, not very efficient and frequently needed repair, although it was getting harder & harder for Dennis to find parts for such an old unit. "It was Friday afternoon when I discovered my air conditioner was not working. After trying several times to get it started with no success, I called Total Comfort.  The serviceman was there in less than an hour.  As usual he was neatly uniformed, very polite and mindful of tracking leaves into the house.  He examined the unit and reported the damaged wire and capacitor to me.  He gave me a break on the price of the repair because another serviceman from his company had been here only about a week earlier and was the last person to touch the unit, meaning he may have caused the problem, or, at least, not identified it at that time.
