He explained everything that he was going to do and the reasons for doing each thing, and then went over each item when he was finished. "Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."
