The installation was completed within 1 1/2 days and all of the old, existing flooring was disposed of. Once the installation was complete, the final total was equal to the amount quoted. The installers were very friendly and were extremely skilled professionals. I plan to use this company for an additional project this coming summer. "I'm so happy I found Brad on Angie's list. My deck was in poor condition and Brad and his assistant replaced many weather damaged boards on the floor and elsewhere. He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. He also framed and installed new French exterior doors and a storm/screen door. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.) Brad and his helper were very talented and skilled at their craft. Plus Brad has a great eye for design and comes up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Did I mention Brad's prices are very fair? I look forward to the next few jobs he will be doing for me!"

"I had to have all the fascia boards replaced in order to have new gutters installed. When he came out for the estimate, he also pointed out the kitchen sink vent pipe seal was leaking up on the roof, and the foam insulation surrounding a replacement window needed to be replaced. Gave me a reasonable estimate, came out the next week and had it all done in one day, including cleaning up all the materials he tore out. He also showed he had used cedar for the replacement fascia board for its moisture and insect resistant properties, where the guttering contractor wanted to use just plain 1X6 boarding, and repaired all the drip edge, as well. I supplied the paint and he gave it 2 good coats, so when I get the new gutters installed, should not have to worry about painting for a long, long time. Very happy with the whole project, would highly recommend him. A big plus for me was he came and got it all done in one day, no multiple days of waiting for the job to get done, even though he had lots of other jobs to do. He seems to know how long a job will take and can schedule the work accordingly."
