We obtained multiple estimates for the job and new immediately that Innovative Design was just that. Larry offered suggestions how to mount the panels that no other contractor had considered. The finished product is seamless and just how I envisioned it when I purchased these panels! I appreciate when a company cares about the quality and aesthetics of a project. "The whole process went very smooth.  From the first estimate until completion.  JD is very easy to communicate with, and is very professional, and a man of his word.
We have several estimates on replacing our window and doors.  Wood Rot was the highest of the three by a several thousand dollars.  We choose Wood Rot solutions anyway.  And very glad that we did.  His service and workmanship is well worth the extra money.
WE could not be any happier with our windows, and doors.  And would recommend that if you want things done right, I would pay the extra cost and use Wood Rot Solutions.

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

Work started on time and the job was finished on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent---from demo to cleanup everyday to new drywall/mudding to painting and finish carpentry. I had new floors installed. To be honest, there was a problem with how the upstairs bathroom floor was installed. I was not happy and after they looked at the job, they agreed with me. New materials were ordered and installed perfectly within several weeks. I think that is what impresses me about this company. So many times contractors blow off an older woman. I've been treated so poorly by other companies. Not this company. When there was a problem with that flooring, they wanted to make things right and have me be satisfied. They never talked down to me or made me feel like my requests were outlandish. I couldn't be happier."
