Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. "This morning we found out our water heater broke and Good Tiddings responses to our request within ten minutes. Anthony was very responsive and got someone to our house within two hours. Brian was helpful and did a great job getting everything fixed. They gave us a few instructions on future maintenance so our new water heater will remain functional. Everything was resolved within a few hours. We will definitely use their services again!"

"Mr Bill Leacy was very professional, courteous, and punctual. In his first call, he requested a snapshot of the disabled water heater. Then he explained what the project entails, the brand of the water heater he was going to install with warranty information etc; he arrived at our doors with the replacement water heater in less than 2 hours after his first call. Completed the project in less than 3 hours after he showed up and left the place tidy and clean. We were extremely pleased with the speed and the quality of work that Bill did."
